I imagine they do if you're under investigation....surely they don't have access otherwise..?mmmmm stella -
What every statement of every Ltd company in all the land? I don't think so...
If you’re investigated it is quite likely they'll want to see them but not otherwise. Are you planning on being a dodgy geezer like?"Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience". Mark TwainComment

You submit copies of your business bank account statements for the related periods with your accounts when they get filed to HMRC.
Dont even try to pull a fast one....
If they think your doing something "funny" then they can even look at your personnal bank account statements.Keep it clean!!!Comment

Statement
This is one of the first things they request on an enquiry. They're not submitted with the annual accounts, just on request should they come calling.Originally posted by MarvelDo they check the bank statements?Comment

Although if you want to submit them every year I don't suppose they'd mind, just scan them and put them on the internet for all to see.Originally posted by Darren@1stAccountancyServThis is one of the first things they request on an enquiry. Bank stats
I'm sure they wouldn't mind at all, would give them something to read and decide whether to go for you this year or not depending on what they find on the statements.
They don't require sight of them each year so best not to give them additional information unless requested.Comment
