    "Finance types" tend to have corporate offices, which are rarely in the countryside.

    Is the countryside location maybe their home, or a local pub/restaurant/activity location?
    Are you organising these meetings during normal business hours (mon-fri 9-6)?
    Are the group of "finance types" that you will be meeting the same people each time, or is it one company at a time, and different companies?
