    Issue with insolvency practicioner

    Hello,

I've been trying to close down my LTD since February 2020, using MVL.

Liquidator still owes me money, is not responding to my emails, phone calls and I just recently saw that his licence has been revoked.

"Following hearings between 9 November 2020 and 18 January 2021 the ICAEW Review Committee made the decision to withdraw Mr XXX’s licence as a result of persistent failures of competence, failures to abide by conditions set, failure to co-operate with the ICAEW and breaches of regulations, leading to concerns that the regulatory objectives set out in s.391 of the Insolvency Act 1986 would be undermined and resulting in a risk to the public."

I called them again and now the line has been deactivated!

Is the money protected? He still owes me a lot and I don't know what can I do now!

    Thank you

      thank you for the link!
there is no practicioner name but I'm pretty sure it is the same person, I don't think it's common that practicioners are loosing their licence.
