How do you propose we show you?

No html, no attachments in the email and who is going to put a link to their machine.

            HI There!

As a fellow contracting newbie, I am in the same boat. i.e. I have just won my first contract and I need to generate invoices. How did you solve your problem?

Any advice on pro-forma contracts too?

              Re: nevermind

Glad you are sorted AtW and I've learnt something so that's me done for the day.

Invoices don't need much and can be based on those you have received.

              Company Name
              Company Postal Address
              Company Telephone Number
              Company Registered Address
              Company Number

              Client Name & Address

              Invoice Number
              Invoice Date
              Client Reference

              Item Number
              Item Quantity
              Item Description
              Item Unit Price
              Item Price

              Total
              VAT
              Total
"Payment expected in 28 days of invoice date"

VAT registration number (if you are charging VAT).

                    Re: nevermind

Quite. Would have pointed you to mine but then too much hassle removing my own details etc and is piece of cake to make one's own. Not know what to put on there? Never received an invoice? (or full VAT receipt, same thing really)
