But you can ask a specialized company for that; you should pay around GBP 100 for this kind of service.
I didn't think you needed a secretary for small Ltd's any more?!
The new Companies Act 2006 has removed the need for a company secretary for small companies, however this is not yet effective. We are wiating for the exact date this will be effective.

As it stands at present the secretary has to sign certain things - e.g. tax vouchers for dividends. Might be hard to do that if you are here and the Co secretary is in Jamaica!
