Business Expenses for a limited company whilst within IR35

    All,

I have a limited company running for a few years. However due to the recent IR35 changes to private sector, if I have to work inside IR35, I will need to work thru an umbrella company. I will still keep my limited company open in the hope that my next contract will be outside IR35. If the limited company has sufficient profit, will business expenses like buying a smartphone, tablet be allowed via limited company whilst I am working through an umbrella?

    Thanks,
    Geekman

You can still pay for the running costs of your Ltd Co even if there is no revenue.
