Composites GIANT IR35 Investigations

Just wondered if anyone using a composite scheme such as GIANTS Power House, have they had an IR35 investigation at all ?

I read that composites are massively exposed (LawSpeeds own words) to investigation. Had quite a few contractor mates been investigated in the last 6 months so IR certainly seem to more active. Also here'd IR have set up to big teams to invesitgate composites.

The Revenue have been and will continue to target composites and umbrellas. The Hampton review sees the end to "random" Revenue reviews and they will be concentrating all their efforts on squeezing every last penny out of contractors.

Exactly. If you are with Giant Powerhouse, you are insured against IR35 investigations (with Qdos)
If Qdos had thought that your contract didn't "pass" IR35, Giant would not have offered you the Powerhouse scheme.
Not sure what the insurance is worth, but you are officially insured anyway.
