Have you asked your current umbrella company what they can offer in support?
The contract between the agency and umbrella is a business contract, some have master contracts which cover more than one contractor and this is not to do with you personally, its the agreement between themselves.
They should be able to provide something which shows when you agreed the contract of employment with you, and also be able to provide a letter with details of your assignments and a statement of earnings, showing your past earnings and any details of planned earnings.
Ask them if they provide something to help and if not you can leave to someone who does. Make sure you ask the sales teams upfront because if it is a standard process they have in place they will know this, if they can’t answer it with ease move on.Comment
