Looks like everybody has wrongly assumed OP has no funds to pay CT. From what I can see, OP has made large profits and is reluctant to pay the appropriate CT on it. A la Starbucks, Google conundrum. He wants to wipe out the profit of last year in some accounting trick so that the government does not get the cash he worked hard to earn.
