Contacting on Dependent Visa

I am looking to start contacting. I am on dependent Visa and my spouse is on Tier 2 ICT. I am hearing multiple thoughts in which few of friends are saying that I can start contracting and open company, while others are saying that only option is to work as a permanent employee.

Any help or guidance will be appreciated.

Contacting on Dependent Visa

You can work however you like on a dependent visa. No restrictions apart from oddball visas like dependents of those on student visas of 12 months or less.
