      Just skimmed this thread but I suggest you grow some and do some research.

      Use the Gov tool or get your contract reviewed before to decide on a brolly. IR35 is mainly a state of fear, nobody should be losing sleep.

          Haha, well said from someone who has probably never been on the wrong side of HMRC

          I did follow the .gov website (and several others) and frankly there is zero chance of getting away with it - I know it, they know it, so I'm not going down that road.

              What puts you inside ? I'd still spend a few quid on a prof review. You might be surprised or can negotiate contract changes.
