Does this clause mean I am inside IR35?

    The contract's a mess but over and above that you're 99% not likely going to get this outside IR35 because it's for an NHS Trust and they want all contractors inside IR35.

      FTFY - not all trusts want everyone inside, but NHS Improvement certainly do.
      First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, then you win. But Gandhi never had to deal with HMRC
