    Another company close down

    If I close down company now - can I pay IR all my tax etc now or do i have to wait till 18 months after start date etc? I just want everything shut down and not have to worry about IR payments etc for the next 8/9 months.

    You can't close it down until they say you can anyway.

    Company closedown has been discussed regularly in this forum.

    It ain't complicated, but it's best to use an accountant just in case.
