The supplier concerned were accountants. There must be codes for accruals and prepayments in the balance sheet. A value should have been posted every year in the relevant financial period for each expected annual charge. OP must have signed them off annually or HMRC would have been bending them over long ago.
So, either the OP has been spending way beyond their means and have been insolvent for at least 4 of those 5 years or both the OP and the accountant have been negligent and incompetent and HMRC would probably argue that neither are fit to run a business.
