      No they dont. I have CA and you pay in via RBS or post if required.

      I think most other banks insist on a face to face prior to business bank opening for KYC purposes via their branches - but CA cant do this.

        I chased Natwest for weeks about mine. They ignored my online query and I ended up going to a branch direct. Not good service from that point of view, but the system itself works well and I can send dividends, salary and expenses instantly from my iPhone app.

        RBS will be the same in a blue wrapper.

          I would suggest make a bundle of personal ID and company stuff, then go into each bank in a reasonably sized town in the morning and see which one offers to help you set up a business bank account that day.

          I heard horror stories from various contractors so did that. I ended up joining HSBC. Though I had to write a "business plan" in the branch.

            I use RBS for my business and the UI is very good as is the app. Getting the account opened in the first place is a pita though.
