Core Hours ( Shift Work)

Worked at one client who said we want 12 hrs so we all thought sod that.
Then they said ok 1.5 time daily rate so everyone happy. (they then said 1.5 for nights and 1.5 for weekends too - all cumulative - kerching!)

Worked 5x 12 hr shifts one week and got 7.5 days for it. Pity it wasnt night or weekend.

Then again, on the flip side, agent ran me about role. Rate was awful - £200. Turns out this payment was per shift for 12 hr shift days and nights as well. Still struggling to get people I see.

Client was last year. The new contract was last week - I said no thanks.
