Trade marked word in company name

I have an irritating email from someone this morning who has a trademark on a word, my company name is a unique term which happens to include said word - do I have anything to be concerned about?

The word is Evolution
My company is called NetEvolution Ltd

There is no mention of "Evolution" on my brand other than this composite term.

It says they are classed for 16 and 45 which according to http://www.londonip.co.uk/trademarks/tm-classes/ aren't IT related so surely not a problem?

But that said I don't really have a *****g clue.

EDIT : Oh, might have to that wrong (surprise surprise).

Looking on this website https://www.ipo.gov.uk/tmtext/ using exact word Evolution and class 9 there appears to be 42 registered trademarks for evolution.

EDIT 2 : Doh it's 42 not 45.. Bugger

In terms of classes, this was the meat of the email:

"You appear to be infringing on our trademark. We have registered the words "Evolution" and "Evolution Design" under classes which you appear to be competing in, namely class 42 which includes website design services amongst others.

Our registration certificate number is 2595036 and is available online.

We are requesting that you cease and desist abusing our trademark with immediate effect. Putting the word "Net" in front of Evolution does not alter the facts that this word is trademarked."

Would it be these people?
