I need work permit sponsor companies

I have an IT friend that went with ContractorTaxation, they assisted him with his Tier 2 sponsorship. The only catch is that you have to look for contract yourself.

I am personally not keen on any more people coming into this country and taking jobs that UK residents can do quite well..... So my advice is to stay in India and enjoy the boom that India is currently enjoying, answering phones and giving helpdesk assistance to those whose lives have been fcked up by the last lot that came over.
