Margin whilst on leave

are you weekly or monthly billed? - i would assume the same cost for a monthly cycle but if billed weekly and paid weekly then a reduction. Generally IIRC margins are deducted from funds received, so if the weeks are blank then there should be no margin.

but obviously they all work differently - so check your contract.

They have come back to me now. They've incorrectly deducted for the weeks I didn't and so I am due a refund of the two weeks overcharged :-)
