That will do one page, but the original requirement was to include a website in a Word document - no mean feat.

Not easy if it's a large website granted, but it's the simplest way to do 'a screenshot' as the OP requested.

So just a web page then. Not actually a whole web site.

Open your web browser and press Ctrl-Prt Scr, then open word and press Ctrl-v.

Job done.

Ctrl-Prt Scr will capture everything that is on display, background, other windows.
Try Alt-Prt Scr - this will capture just the highlighted window.

Then Ctrl V to paste to document.

I use Printkey for specific screenshots. Used to be freeware not sure if it still is though.
