Spammy/scammy HMRC Loan Settlement Letter

Hello all

A bit of a weird one - I received a letter from what appears to be HMRC.

There are a number of problems with it

• The letter was addressed to an address that I have not lived at for well over a decade
• The initials in the name do not belong to myself

I've been caught up on this contractor loans affair as I worked for a company in the Isle of Man that actually provided this service. A stipulation of the contract was that I had to use their payment system. It's not as if I used them to avoid tax but obviously I regret it now .
