In 1998,I droved a car without insurance but to make it worst, I changed the date on my insurance certificate to show that I was insured.

I was charged with ALTERING INSURANCE DOCUMENT WITH INTENT TO DECIEVE.

Do you know if these convictions will prevent me from getting...
