Can you please help me. I started a limited company in Dec 2019 but actual work (earning) started only in Jan 2020. Already invested £40k (employer's contribution) each for 2020, 2021, 2022. Can I invest £40k for 2019 now though there was no earning in 2019. My accounting year is from Jan...

Can someone please guide me about Pension. My accountant is insisting on me talking to Pension advisor but I don't want to pay commission to pension advisor when I know where to invest. But don't know how.

Umbrella hasn't forwarded my Workplace Pension Contributions and AVCs to the provider

I specifically asked to be enrolled into the Workplace Pension Scheme before the 12 week auto-enrolment kicked in. First pension contribution was made on the 7th June. As of the 22nd August no contributions were showing...

One man band LTD company & Auto Enrolment in a pension scheme

It seems that The Pensions Regulator is forcing "auto enrolment" onto one man band corporations which might be caught by IR35.
In my own situation a limited company is being established to take on work which may fall within IR35.
