I am intending to relocate abroad for the foreseeable future, and my client is happy for me to continue contracting remotely.
I have a decent amount of retained earnings in the ltd company from previous years, and normally I'd take a chunk of it as dividends each tax year...

Tax Considerations for Netherlands Contract under UK Limited Company
I have been offered a contract in the Netherlands and I understand I could work in one of the following ways:- Under my own BV (Netherlands limited company).
- Under my UK limited company.
- Via a payroll company.
- Part payment to my BV or UK limited company and part payment (€200)

Personal income tax on dividends
I am taking all of my dividends this year. If I take about 70K as dividend, Do I need to pay anything else apart from the dividend tax of 22.5%?
Is there any personal income tax is involved on top of the dividend tax?
