Advice on Closing my Ltd Company without incurring excessive Accountancy Fees

In the current situation I have recently taken a permanent job and have enquired with my Accountants, Clearsky, the fees for dissolving the company. There are no debts, no assets, it has not been trading for 6 months, corporation tax is all paid up and just a deferred balance of £65 in VAT remains...

So my accountant has gone MIA and I am left to figure this out myself.

I am closing a Limited Company that never traded. It has one Director (me) and one Secretary (My accountant who has gone MIA)

I have filed DS01 online with Companies House but I fear that might not be...

I'm currently looking at what options I've got to wind up my Ltd Co.

Have been trading just under 18 months, and my one and only invoice has just been paid, giving me just under £11k to sort out.
Removing CT, that leaves me £8,800 profit...
