Nervous newbie sat on the bench

Some of you may have seen me around the boards already, I try to keep a low profile.

I'm an electronics engineering consultant who specialises in nuclear safety, software assurance and safety critical systems. I found myself unexpectedly out of work at short notice late last month but with a big wad of cash in the bank so I've decided I'll try my hand at contracting. I was lucky enough to get my first offer within a week.

All I know about contracting I have picked up in the last two weeks so there is a lot of learn.

I look forward with bated breath and whispering humbleness to a warm welcome.

Outside of work I enjoy being brutally buggered on internet forums.
