    With recorded delivery I am fairly sure that you can track the item through the Royal Mail website

    Phone them? Recorded delivery to businesses often doesn't get signed for.

    Just a quick hello and a question.

    I applied for the Cater Allen bank account and sent the paperwork to Northumberland Avenue via recorded delivery on 15 July but it is still showing as undelivered.

    I am just a bit perplexed as to what I should do now ..... I am sure you good people on this wonderful forum can help me
