If you are tax resident in the UK then there's no reason why you shouldn't use a UK umbrella company in these circumstances

Contract for a US company?

I want to work remotely for an American IT company but be paid through a British Company. Can an umbrella company do for me this? Know of any?

This thread has way more details on my situation - http://forums.contractoruk.com/accou...-remotely.html - but here I'm just looking for an umbrella to handle my US contracts.
