There are a number of laws which affect both umbrella companies and recruitment agencies - the account manager will probably be checking that all of them are being complied with within the terms of the contract

Hi all,

Does anybody know what an account manager from an umbrella cie look for in a business to business contract?

The account manager from my umbrella cie is going to "analyse" the contract he is going to receive from the agency and I was just wondering which kind of things he needs to check in this contract.
