    Is it possible to set up a UK Ltd company without a UK address?
    I have always contracted in the UK via an umbrella company but due to the new expense regulations ,I most likely can no longer claim expenses via a brolley.I could still accept contracts under 3 months and fore go the expenses.Can I use a virtual address to set up a company?
