    Umbrella overcalculated expenses.

    Hi,
The umbrella company i am with stuffed my expenses. Over the last few weeks they added a month of my rent each week (so 560 instead of 135) .

Now they noticed first they accused me of over claiming(which i didn't i have proof i gave them the correct amount). Now they want me to pay it back.

My question is this , in terms of liability , i am responsible for my TAX, and NI. But not Employer NI ( i know they deduct it ) .
Can i just tell them i am fixing my tax and NI , and your employer NI is your problem?

Can the HMRC come after an individual for employer NI?

Working...
