Now Dim, if you say your ISP is pants this means you won't have 24/7 access to email anyway

Their mail is INSANELY solid and clustered. They do exchange as well if you are that way inclined and they answer the phones at 4am on a Sunday morning.

I require a very reliable (like 99.99999% uptime ) email hosting company.
Currently use www.webmail.us but lately the service has been terrible (missing emails and late delivery).
Cost does not matter, what I must have is:
1. Very high reliability and guarenteed service levels
2. 24/7 telephone support to an engineer
3. At least 1Gb of storage.
My plan B means that if I miss an email I can lose out on money in a big way.
Anyone know of a world class email hosting company?
PS Please don't suggest hosting a mail server myself or using my ISP. My ISP is pants.Tags: None
