OpenVPN is not a web application proxy and does not operate through a web browser.

Why I can not connect openvpn udp?

I am from Iran, several days I created an free vpn bucklor, At that time connect to the to udp port succefully. But now I can not connect to openvpn udp, repeat it Constantly. can you give me some suggestions?
