    Relax and ease the tension

    I've got several both left and right handed;

    Pros
    Seemed to eliminate tension in wrists / RSI / CTS / Whatever it was or maybe that was quitting the stressful permie job...
    Stops most other people trying to use your system

    Cons
    Some system need a device driver to recognise them
    Not all apps behave as expected with the advance functions
