Use words like Netweaver, FICO, IDES, slash interfaces and dist+work.exe

    /usr/SAP/trans was another!

    That's all I know about SAP R/3, I was NAT's star pupil!

    SAP for non technical

I'm three weeks into my first contract working in a service mgt role looking after SAP based systems.

Despite confirming that having never having worked with SAP before wouldn't be an issue (they hired me so obviously it isn't an issue from the client point of view) I am finding that my lack of SAP knowledge/terminology is poving a hindrance and everyone is the office is flat out so have very little time to answer questions.

Can anyone recommend a book or two, that isn't aimed at techies, which would help expand my understanding of SAP. My placement is in Govt finance.

    Thanks

    Andy
