MP4 to MPEG without aspect ratio resize

I'm after a program that can convert mp4 to MPEG ( with no resizing or altering the aspect ratio) ive downloaded a few so far but every one seems to ether resize it ( so its a tiny 5cm square movie or alter the aspect ration so its widescreen on a 4:3 screen ( squashed faces) ..

all im after is a simple program to convert my movies i take on my phone (MP4 format) to MPEG format so i can edit them in windows movie maker.

Any ideas anyone?
