Conference phone

I need a reasonably priced, around £50, conf phone (spider or handset). Can be either IP or Landline as not fussed both located within 2m of each other..

Only features needs to be (assuming handset) the ability to switch between speaker and private, duplex and loud enough to hear.

Any suggestions please?
