Noddy Excel Help

I have a spreadsheet which I fill in ever month to give me a monthly figure, I want this figure plotted in a basic line graph.

However at the moment most of the monthly figures are blank as the months haven't happened yet so the graph has a couple of months worth of data and then flat line at 0 afterwards. I know I can change the range every month, but ideally I would to only include cells with a value in.

Is this possible?
