E-mail Senderbase scores (SBRS)

Hi Any E-mail experts out there??

We have a supplier who sends us e-mails but for some reason the sbrs seems to go from -0.6 to 2.4 in the space of 2 hours.

Can anyone shed any light on why this would happen?

Also is my understanding correct that we should be able to configure our mail server to accept e-mails from the senders domain regardless of the sbrs value??

Any help much appreciated!
