Yes - deadly choice of software. Use outlooks own spam thing - it's quite good.

The problem is that you're using a Symantec product...

    Norton Anti Spam

Running Windows Xp on a laptop and have Outlook installed as well as Norton security.

Norton has created an anti-SPAM folder and this has been working well until now. If it incorrectly picked up a genuine email that wasn't spam, it used to be a case of selecting the email and clicking on "This is not spam". However, when I click on that now, it hangs.

I have not added any software or changed any settings. Any ideas? Could a windows update have occurred that is impacting this?
