Hi GB, I worked with Kronos many years ago implementing a T&A system for a well known PLC and they were quite adamant then that any major system changes (a server move would fall into this category) would have to be carried out by them, it would not surprise me if this is still the case but I stand to be corrected.

Does anybody have any experience with the Kronos time and attendance / scheduling system.

I have been asked to organise getting this system moved from one server to another.

But some of users are telling me we have to get the guys from the Kronos company to remote in and do the installation. Is this really the case or can I just move said applications folders?

Any thing apreciated.
