Would stackoverflow not be a more sensible place to ask this?

started a topic odbc to sql anywhere

    odbc to sql anywhere

I have a requirement to connect MS ACCESS to sql anywhere 10

I want to use a dsn-less connection string, but it gives me an error 7774.

now I know the connection string should work, because if I put the values manually into a dsn, it all works fine

I suspect the sql anywhere 10 odbc driver is expecting an empty dsn string as part of the connect, but everything I try fails

Working...
