Online - Presentation Recording Software

Can anyone recommend an expensive way of recording/doing an online presentation. Having used Webex before I would like to record the screen and voice to send out as a training package.

Attempted a Netmeeting/Sametime approach today and the latency was awful.

Does anyone have any recomendations?
