A few days ago, my N95 8gb ended up going through a full wash and spin while doing my laundry..
I checked various threads and took the advice shown..
1) Separated out the SiM, battery and exposed the inner casing (cover off)
2) Placed the phone in a bowl of rice (to help speed moisture extraction)
3) ..and left the phone outside in the sunshine over a warm and dry 2 days since the soaking..
Now when I attempt to switch on (sometimes) it vibrates briefly, as it usually did when I switched it on before.. but thats it. No screen flicker or further response at all..
And.. (sometimes), if I plug into a power source, I occasionally hear the powering up 'beep' ..again.. thats it. nothing else.
I'll continue to keep drying it out.. fingers crossed!
HOWEVER..
should that all fail.
Is there any way at all of removing / accessing the internal memory card to retrieve the media/files/contacts etc.. in this predicament?
Any help and advice would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks in advance!!
