How to capture Events from multiple XP workstations ?

We don't have SCOM in place but SCCM: yes.

We have a recurring Group Policy error and I want to scan a sample of machines (max 100) each day to see how widespread and often this Event ID repeats.

Any painless, simple way of doing this ?


I tried EventCombMT from Microsoft but sadly it is resticted to monitoring servers only.
