OEM System Builder Pack?

Well got my Ultimate Vista from Overclockers as per my other thread.
The package states its for system builders only and that I might need an OEM Preinstallation Kit blah blah.

Before I open the package, should I be worried? I only want to install it on my Apple Mac.
