I have a phone on an Orange Business plan.
There is a different number to call for business customers, it is free and I can only report I've been very happy with the customer care service I've received both as an Orange Business and Private customer.

I want to stay with them but i seem to find their deals rubbish these days. When i joined them 5 years ago they were the cheapest around, now they are offering me a BB 9700, 750mins, umlimited messages and interest for £40 per month where as i can get a new Orange contract and they do 700mins/unlimited texts on the dolphin plan for £20 or i could get 1200mins/unlimited text for £30. Therefore i cant justify giving 3 another £10/15 when i dont have to. They just cant match the other deals.

Maybe if i give them a call again and tell them that they will try and keep me with them, after all i have been a customer for 5 years.

I am currently on 3, customer service i am happy with and they answer quite quickly.
The main thing is they do not charge you to call their customer service number which is 333 from your mobile.

What do other providers charge as i dont want to change providers to find everything i ring customer services it costs me £10.

O2 pay monthly is free to call from your O2 handset (dial 202) and it has UK based call centres too.
