I have a phone on an Orange Business plan.
There is a different number to call for business customers, it is free and I can only report I've been very happy with the customer care service I've received both as an Orange Business and Private customer.

I want to stay with them but i seem to find their deals rubbish these days. When i joined them 5 years ago they were the cheapest around, now they are offering me a BB 9700, 750mins, umlimited messages and interest for £40 per month where as i can get a new Orange contract and they do 700mins/unlimited texts on the dolphin plan for £20 or i could get 1200mins/unlimited text for £30. Therefore i cant justify giving 3 another £10/15 when i dont have to. Out of interest, if you are quite happy with 3 why are you looking to change? Now im looking for a new contract but first i want to know what is the customer service like and do you have to pay to ring them?
I am currently on 3, customer service i am happy with and they answer quite quickly.
