By default the BCC field is not displayed, should be under the View --> menu (from within the message window itself).

    Bcc field

I am dealing with a friend that is not IT literate.

I have advised them that when sending out an email to multiple recipients (clients) it would be prudent to use the Bcc field. However, they have said that they can't find the bcc field......! I dont yet have access to their PC.

They are using Aol version 9.0. Does anyone know if AOL pre-bundle an email package with their software or will it be the standard Outlook etc? I personally do not have any experience of using AOL.
