I'm in virtualisation but you really need a few years experience or storage, networking and OS management to truly understand it. Failing that the courses are more of an introduction. You can do an MCTS in Hyper-V (but on the old pre-R2 version, which is pants) and you can do a CCA in Xen Server. neither of which will prepare you for the quirbles of either product. Same with the VCP for Vmware. The best thing is to get your hands dirty with them and supprot them in production environments.

    Virtualisation Training - Recommendations?

I'm thinking about getting out of the development game and moving into virtualisation.

Can anyone recommend any good training providers for Microsoft Hyper-V and Citrix Xen Server?
