If you can't see an address in the source code you can't work it out. There should be an address you can contact directly somewhere on the site.

If it's not part of the form's action url or in some javascript building this url it's likely that the email address is just kept on the server and unavailable to you. If I were coding a page of that nature the email address would be held in some configuration file on the server which users have no access to.
